Abstract: A method includes retrieving a webpage requested by an extended reality (XR) web reader. The method further includes determining one or more content elements of the webpage and one or more menu elements of the webpage. The menu elements may comprise navigational controls for accessing additional content linked to the webpage. The method further includes mapping the one or more menu elements to one or more pre-defined menu interfaces of the XR web reader. The method further includes presenting the webpage via the XR web reader. The one or more content elements may be presented on one or more first layers of an interface of the XR web reader, and the one or more pre-defined menu interfaces may be presented on one or more second layers of the interface of the XR web reader.

Abstract: A method includes receiving, at an intermediary layer, from a camera of a head mounted display (HMD), image data of a real-world operating environment of the HMD at a first time. The method further includes identifying, at the intermediary layer, one or more objects in the image data, determining, at the intermediary layer, coordinates of a region comprising the one or more identified objects, determining a display permission for the one or more identified objects, modifying the image data in the region comprising the one or more identified objects according to the display permission and outputting the modified image data to an application executing outside of the intermediary layer.

Abstract: A wireless charging case for a headset, which case comprises a housing, a charging receiver coil and a rechargeable battery. The rechargeable battery comprises a first battery side extending between a first edge and a second opposite edge and facing the charging receiver coil, a second battery side lying extending from the first edge and a third battery side extending from the second edge. A magnetic shield sheet is arranged between the charging receiver coil and the first battery side. Parts of the second battery side and third battery side are covered by magnetic shield sheet.

Abstract: A system and method for correlating personal identifiers with corresponding online presence are disclosed. A particular embodiment includes providing, by use of a data processor, a user interface to enable a user to specify a person or personal identifier of interest; producing search terms associated with the person or personal identifier of interest; using the search terms in a search query to obtain related search results collected from a plurality of content sources; filtering the search results to obtain information indicative of a plurality of profile sources; using the information indicative of a plurality of profile sources to obtain related profiles collected from a plurality of profile sources; filtering the related profiles to obtain a set of matching profiles; and reporting information on the person or personal identifier of interest and links to the corresponding matching profiles to the user.

Abstract: A portable RAID device has four hard disk drives and a RAID controller within an enclosure. The RAID controller controls the RAID array according to at least RAID level 5. The portable RAID device has an input/output port configured to connect the portable RAID device to a computer, such that the portable RAID device provides reliable, RAID-compliant external storage that may be moved from computer to computer. Input/output connectors on each hard disk drive face inward toward the middle of the enclosure along one dimension. The four hard disk drives are arranged in a compact 2 by 2 pattern. The space efficient layout of the portable RAID device allows the device to house a four hard disk drive RAID array within a rectangular enclosure with roughly the same dimensions as a laptop computer.
