Abstract: The invention relates to the use of compositions containing a polyaldimine ALD of formula (I) as primers for adhesives or sealants. It turned out that said primers accelerate adhesion especially in winter weather without reducing the open time of the primer. Said accelerated adhesion is particularly important for fast-curing polyurethane adhesives or sealants.

Abstract: A multicomponent packaging is disclosed for an adhesive with at least one first and at least one second component. A first chamber is provided for accommodating the first component of the adhesive, the first chamber having an opening for removal of the adhesive. A second chamber is arranged within the first chamber for accommodating the second component of the adhesive. A sealing means is provided which, in the stored state of the multicomponent packaging, seals the opening in a fluid-tight manner.

Abstract: Primers are disclosed that include hot-melt adhesive compositions that contain at least one polyurethane polymer that has isocyanate groups and/or silane groups for adhesives or sealing materials or for compositions for the production of coatings. Such primers are suitable for moisture-hardening polyurethane compositions and are VOC-free or are at least low-VOC.

Abstract: The invention relates to thermally-hardening silicone coatings on a thermoplastic plastic, characterised in being able to be used as adhesive without an adhesive primer. Such thermally-hardening silicone coatings are produced by a method comprising the following steps: application of a silicone composition to the surface of a thermoplastic plastic, or the surface of a thermoplastic plastic treated with an adhesive primer, at least a partial drying off of the silicone composition to form a silicone film, application of a bonding composition to the silicone film and baking at a temperature of 80° C. to 200° C.
