  • Patent number: 5051147
Abstract: Described is a cut-sheet lamination using a laminator for the single or double-sided application of a film cut onto a printed circuit board using heated overlay rollers located opposite to each other in a housing. The printed circuit board and the cut film are fed to the overlay rollers simultaneously in the overlay region. The printed circuit board is led in with input rollers, and the film is pulled off a supply reel and is guided over input rollers to the printed circuit board. A cutting fixture is provided within the region of the input rollers. The cutting fixture cuts the film corresponding to the length of the printed circuit board in accordance with a sensor scan. The cutting fixture is put onto a lever capable of swivel motion. The cutting fixture travels along with the film at the cutting of the film, and the lead-in rollers for the film in the region where the cutting occurs are constructed as suction rollers.

  • Patent number: 4685224
Abstract: A foam latex insole includes a number of ribs on its undersurface. The ribs face the top-sole of a shoe when the insole is placed therein, and are formed of foam latex which is closed-pored and somewhat firmer than the foam latex which forms the continuous part of the insole. The ribs can be straight, curved or sharply bent, and form a labyrinth of ventilation channels between the top-sole of the shoe and the underside of the foot. The arrangement of the rib is such that a pumping effect is developed in response to pressure changes on the insole which promotes the exchange of air within the shoe to maintain a suitable environment for the feet.

  • Patent number: 4674205
Abstract: Described herein is a stamped cushioning piece of a two-layered latex foam, produced with paddings in various places from a latex foam of greater specific weight. First, a layer of latex foam of slight specific weight is applied to a textile carrying sheet. Into this, depressions are stamped, whereupon a second layer of latex foam, preferably of a high specific weight, is applied. Manufacture occurs continuously on so-called large-scale machines, and the pieces are stamped out of the sheet.
