  • Patent number: 9016474
Abstract: The invention relates to a transport container comprising a rectangular base, with feet located at the underside thereof, with side walls that can pivot about hinges and that rise from said base, wherein the side walls, which lie on top in the folded-together state, and the bordering base edge comprising the hinges form support surfaces for the feet of an identical second container, the feet thereof being located below the base, characterized in that recesses are provided in the left and the right side area of the side walls, which lie on top in the folded-together state, the recesses being separated from one another by ribs and being used to receive protrusions formed on the bottom side of the feet, the height of the protrusions being less than the depth of the recesses.

  • Patent number: 8499952
Abstract: The invention relates to a transport container (1) consisting of a bottom part (2) and lateral walls (3, 4) extending perpendicularly therefrom. The transport container has cut-outs (7) provided in the bottom region for receiving with accurate fit the goods to be transported, and also a further support means for the goods above the bottom region. The support means is formed by an intermediate wall (10) that can be positioned vertically and fixed laterally to the corresponding lateral walls (4) and to the bottom part (2).

  • Publication number: 20100132278
Abstract: A method and system for coupling a stair platform to a tower of a wind energy turbine that includes a stair platform comprising at least one side member and a doorway formed in a portion of the tower. The doorway further includes a casing that defines an outer perimeter of the doorway. At least one connection member extends outward from the casing. At least one attachment slot is defined in at least one side member of the stair platform. The attachment slot is configured to receive a portion of the at least one connection member therein to couple the stair platform to the doorway.

  • Patent number: 5397120
Abstract: An apparatus for stacking successive rapidly advancing sheets of a stream of sheets has a platform which receives successive sheets and descends at the rate of accumulation of one or more stacks thereon. The sheets are delivered by one or more overhead belt conveyors in cooperation with one or more lower belt conveyors. The front end turn of the lower reach of each overhead conveyor is deflected around a small-diameter rigid rod immediately in front of a stop for the leaders of successive sheets to reduce the likelihood of buckling during stacking, and one or more downwardly sloping ramps are provided in front of the stop to deflect the leaders of successive sheets in a downward direction toward the leaders of the immediately preceding sheets in immediate or close proximity of the stop. The stop, the rod and the overhead conveyor or conveyors are adjustable in several directions to facilitate a change of setup for the stacking of longer, shorter, wider or narrower sheets.

  • Patent number: 5161442
Abstract: A cross cutter for a running web of paper which is transported along a horizontal path has an upper rotary knife holder above and a lower rotary knife holder below the horizontal path. The holders carry knives which extend transversely of the path, and each holder further carries an elastic lip-shaped deflector which is located behind the respective knife and serves to maintain the leader of the web behind the separated length of the web in or close to the path so that the leader can enter a transporting unit which advances the severed lengths of the web to a stacking or other processing station. The lower deflector is installed immediately behind and the upper deflector is spaced apart from the rear side of the respective knife.

  • Patent number: 4426775
Abstract: A method of producing conductor tracks applied to a support, particularly conductor tracks applied on an electrode support of a liquid-crystal display, in which a mask having cutouts corresponding to the conductor tracks is placed on the support and a conductive layer of electrically conductive material is applied corresponding to the cutouts to the support by, for instance, vapor deposition or sputtering. The cutouts are so interrupted at given points by support webs that the mask is imparted a mechanically stable shape in its plane, and that interruptions in the conductor paths are caused by the support webs. This occurs upon the application of the conductor layer of electrically conductive material, partially forming the conductor tracks on the support with interruptions in the conductor tracks masked by the support webs in a first operation by applying the conductive layer of electrically conductive material through the openings of the mask onto the support.
