  • Patent number: 5576578
Abstract: An insulating disk composed of electrically insulating and thermally conducting material. The disk has one side provided with a central recess having a cross section which is equal to a cross section of a component arranged adjacent to the disk. Consequently, the value of the extinction voltage of the partial discharge and the creeping-discharge and flashover resistance are substantially increased. Circumferential grooves and/or ribs can also be provided on the surface of the disk.

  • Patent number: 4672315
Abstract: A circuit arrangement for monitoring a thyristor comprising an auxiliary thyristor disposed between the anode terminal and gate terminal the thyristor, and a signal generator device which contains a light-emitting diode for sending light signals to an evaluating device. In order to obtain a particularly simple and therefore functionally reliable design of the circuit arrangement, due to the elimination of a separate energy supply circuit, and to achieve emission of light signals with a particularly high light output, the signal generator device has a first pair of input terminals coupled in series with the auxiliary thyristor and the light-emitting diode is arranged between the input terminals of the signal generator device.

    Inventors: Franz Heinzler, Wolfgang Fuhrer
  • Patent number: 4610985
Abstract: Allophanate derivatives of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 can be identical or different and represent an aliphatic, cycloaliphatic, araliphatic or aromatic radical each of which is optionally monosubstituted or polysubstituted by identical or different substituents andR.sup.3 represents the radical --XR.sup.4 or --NR.sup.5 R.sup.6,whereinR.sup.4 represents alkyl, alkoxyalkyl, or aryl which is optionally monosubstituted or polysubstituted by identical or different substituents, X represents oxygen or sulphur andR.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are identical or different and represent hydrogen, alkyl, or aryl which is optionally monosubstituted or polysubstituted by identical or different substituents, orR.sup.5 and R.sup.6, together with the nitrogen atom on which they stand, form a saturated heterocyclic radical which is optionally monosubstituted or polysubstituted by identical or different substituents and can be interrupted by further hetero-atoms,which possess fungicidal activity.
