  • Patent number: 10138996
Abstract: A gearshift lever for a single-track or multi-track motor vehicle comprising a lever arm and at least one gearshift pedal. The gearshift pedal is for the gearshift lever of a single-track or multi-track vehicle. To prevent damage to the footwear and to be able to execute the shifting process without a great deal of physical effort, there are provisions for the gearshift pedal of the gearshift lever to be fastened to the lever arm so as to be so as to be rotatable around the axial direction of the gearshift pedal. As a result, a situation is achieved in which the gearshift pedal can roll off the shoe during the shifting process in the case of a motorcycle, for instance.

  • Publication number: 20170130820
Abstract: The invention relates to a gearshift lever for a single-track or multi-track motor vehicle comprising a lever arm and at least one gearshift pedal. The invention further relates to a gearshift pedal for the gearshift lever of a single-track or multi-track vehicle. To prevent damage to the footwear and to be able to execute the shifting process without a great deal of physical effort, there are provisions as per the invention for the gearshift pedal of the gearshift lever to be fastened to the lever arm so as to be so as to be rotatable around the axial direction of the gearshift pedal. As a result, a situation is achieved in which the gearshift pedal can roll off the shoe during the shifting process in the case of a motorcycle, for instance.

  • Patent number: 6348718
Abstract: The invention relates to an integrated CMOS circuit for use at high frequencies with active CMOS components (12) and passive components (16, 18, 20). The active CMOS components (12) are formed in a semiconductor substrate (10) which has a specific resistivity in the order of magnitude of k&OHgr;cm. In the semiconductor substrate (10), and under the active CMOS components (12), a buried layer (22) is formed which has a specific resistivity in the order of magnitude of &OHgr;cm. The passive components (16, 18, 20) are formed in or on a layer (14) of insulating material which is arranged on the semiconductor substrate (10). A conducting contact layer (24) is arranged on that surface of the semiconductor substrate (10) which is not facing the layer (14) of insulating material.
