Abstract: A support rail fastener for detachably fastening a component to a support rail includes: a mounting plate, the mounting plate having at least one attachment element and a guide; a first spring element; and a slider, the slider being displaceable on the guide, the first spring element being brought into a preloaded position by moving the slider on the guide. On the guide and on the slide latching elements are respectively provided which, when the first spring element is preloaded the latching elements are brought into engagement with each other such that the slider engages in a latching position. The support rail fastener in an initial position in which the slider is in the latching position and in which the mounting plate is placed on the support rail by the attachment element is movable along the support rail.

An energy storage mechanism is configured to store an actuating force of the toggle by the toggle being moved from the OFF-position to the operation-readiness position and to exert the stored force to the moveable contact to close the main circuit of the circuit breaker. A removable retention lever is configured to prevent movement of the moveable contact into a closing position upon the energy storage mechanism exerting the stored force to the moveable contact. A holding mechanism is configured to hold the toggle in the operation-readiness position.

Abstract: An electrical switching device such as a low voltage power circuit breaker, can have a cover with a slot-like opening for providing access to a switch lever of the switching device. The cover can extend to cover over any chambers for shunt releases and/or auxiliary switches etc. which chambers can be located on both sides of the switch lever within the enclosure. The cover can also have fastening devices for attachment of a mechanical rotary actuator or a motor drive. The cover is connected to the enclosure in a manner which provides for a simple opening and closing of the cover, and essentially eliminates the danger of losing and mixing up such covers. The cover is designed with bearing legs which are bent at an angle of 90 degrees in relation to the cover plane. The bearing legs are preferably parallel to one another and laterally overlap the enclosure. The cover is mounted to the enclosure by means of the bearing legs and pivot bearing with coaxially interlocking pivots and pivot bearing openings.
