The carriage body shell has wall segments which are formed from material through which mobile communication frequencies (frequency f>700 MHz) can pass and are inserted into openings in the metal structures.

Abstract: A multifunctional fixing profile-member supports a subassembly to an underfloor region of a rail vehicle. The multifunctional fixing profile-member contains at least one standardized fixing solution by which the subassembly can be releasably connected to the multifunctional fixing profile-member, a first connection region by which the multifunctional fixing profile-member can be connected in a materially engaging manner to a longitudinal carrier in the underfloor region of the rail vehicle, and a second connection region by which the multifunctional fixing profile-member can be connected in a materially engaging manner to a floor of the rail vehicle.

The spacing between the upper floor and the lower floor corresponds to a first value in a first region and the spacing between the upper floor and lower floor corresponds to a second value in a second region, and the first spacing value is less than the second spacing value.

Abstract: A traction head part includes a cabin which has a floor region, a roof and two side walls which extend between the floor region and the roof. The side walls each have an A-pillar on the head end thereof which is held on the floor region. One longitudinal member extends into the side walls from each A-pillar. The unit formed of the A-pillar and the longitudinal members is constructed to absorb and direct forces into the cabin in the case of a crash.

Abstract: A component, in particular for an outside cladding of a path-bound vehicle, is formed from solid material by extrusion molding. The component has an outside profiling on an outer surface of the component. First and second mutually opposite end faces of the component extend crosswise, in particular perpendicularly, to the outer surface. The first and second end faces are produced by milling or sawing. Thus, a simple and cost-effective production of the component can be enabled. A configuration having a component and a method for manufacturing a component are also provided.
