  • Publication number: 20240083694
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a device for forming container groups with a predetermined container piece count from a continuous container stream in a transport area of a filling plant, comprising an infeed conveyor belt, an outfeed conveyor belt, a conveyor belt interposed between the infeed conveyor belt and the outfeed conveyor belt, and a drive station for introducing separating elements and forming container groups. Here, the speed of a separating element introduced into the region of the transport belt is controlled to no more than the first speed, in particular to a speed lower by no more than 2% than the first speed, as long as the following container group has not been fully moved onto the transport belt. The disclosure further relates to a method for forming container groups.

  • Publication number: 20240010442
Abstract: The invention relates, inter alia, to a device for transporting objects. The device has a guide track and at least one movement device having a main body and a bracket for holding an object. The bracket is connected to the main body pivotably about a pivot axis, and the pivot axis is oriented at an angle to a vertical axis of the at least one movement device. A pivoting device is arranged separately from the at least one movement device and is designed to cause the bracket to pivot about the pivot axis. The device makes it possible for different handling devices with differing requirements on an orientation of the object to be able to be run with just one movement device without it being necessary, in the meantime, to hand the object over from the movement device.

  • Patent number: 11708226
Abstract: A method for format adaptation of carriages for the transportation of bottles on a linear motor system and a corresponding linear motor system are described. According thereto, container guides provided on the carriages are adapted to the body cross-section of the bottles by adjusting a guide width in an automated manner between guide jaws of the container guides which in relation to the direction of travel are the leading and trailing ones. There is then no need to replace component parts at the container guides, and the production in filling systems is optimised in terms of staff requirements, resultant production stoppages, and error sources.

  • Publication number: 20160052654
Abstract: A process for molding and filling plastic containers and a form-filling machine to implement the process. The process is used for molding and filling of plastic containers. Preforms in hollow molds are reshaped into the containers by at least partial addition of an incompressible molding fluid under the impact of overpressure. Due to the condition that the containers are also filled with a product in the hollow molds, in which the molding fluid is replaced by the product or partially replaced by at least one component of the product, the temporal or technological effort for the production of the containers and for bottling of the product can be reduced.
