  • Patent number: 12087958
Abstract: The invention relates to a device with a carrier (3) having an opening (1) for receiving a battery cell (2) on the casing side, which carrier (3) has a measuring channel (5) extending between a carrier outer wall (4) and the opening (1) for a measuring head (6) which has a locking device for a measuring position set against the battery cell casing (7). In order to design a device of the type described at the beginning in such a way that a regulation adapted to the inhomogeneous distribution of the state variables within a battery module and within a battery cell is made possible and, at the same time, an industrial production of battery modules, in particular their assembly, is favored, it is proposed that the measuring head (6) has a galvanic contact point (12) of a voltage sensor, which contact point (12), in the measuring position, rests against the battery cell casing (7) which forms an electrical pole.

  • Publication number: 20220181753
Abstract: A device is described for detachable contacting of a battery cell (4) having a cell receptacle open against a joining direction (2), which cell receptacle is delimited by a contact spring base (1), from which contact tongues (3) protrude against the joining direction (2) for the jacket-side enclosure of the battery cell (4). To propose a device for detachable contacting of a battery cell (4), which enables a reliable electrical connection independently of the relative location of the inserted battery cells and substantially independently of their diameter even in the event of periodic mechanical strains, without making the assembling procedure more difficult, it is proposed that the contact tongues (3) have contact bodies (5) protruding radially into the cell receptacle in the form of a cut ovoid.

  • Publication number: 20220173483
Abstract: A device is described for connecting in parallel multiple battery cells (2) arranged in parallel to one another with respect to a joining axis using a contact plate (1) having individual passages (3). To enable a connection in parallel, which is reliable under periodic mechanical strains and nonetheless detachable, of individual battery cells (2) independently of their diameter and their relative location to the contact plate (1), wherein a simple assembling procedure can be maintained and a more flexibly designed serial interconnection of the battery cells can be enabled, it is proposed that each passage (3) is designed for the jacket-side enclosure of the battery cells (2) and comprises at least one contact tongue (4), which has on the passage side a contact body (5) protruding from the contact tongue (4) into the passage (3) in the form of a cut ovoid.
