  • Publication number: 20190248519
Abstract: The invention relates to an apparatus and a method for the production of foods, in particular, a stuffing machine for the production of sausages, with a load circuit that generates a leakage current IA and with a filter, a frequency converter, a motor cable and a motor. The apparatus comprises a leakage current compensator with a device for detecting a leakage current and a device for generating a compensation current that is directed opposite to the leakage current and is superimposed with the leakage current, such that the leakage current is reduced, is in particular substantially eliminated.

  • Patent number: 9419683
Abstract: A connector for data transmission at an interface between two apparatuses for food production, such as meat and sausage production, having a first connecting element connected to the first apparatus and being at least one first data transmission part, a second connecting element connected to the second apparatus and being at least one second data transmission part, the first data transmission part being galvanically isolated from the second data transmission part such that data transmission from the first connecting element to the second connecting element is effected in a galvanically isolated manner.

  • Patent number: 9344184
Abstract: A method for the transmission of process data between different devices that are involved in a process for the production of food, in particular devices involved in a filling line, wherein the data communication between two devices takes place exclusively between at least one transmitter of a first device and at least one receiver of a second device, and/or between at least one transmitter of the second device and at least one receiver of the first device.

  • Patent number: 5535743
Abstract: A device for the in vivo determination of an optical property of the aqueous humor in the anterior chamber of the eye includes a light source to irradiate light along a primary-side light path into the anterior chamber of an eye. A detector is provided, in order to detect light issuing from the anterior chamber along a secondary-side light path. A signal processing unit is provided to determine the optical properties on the basis of the measured signal of the detector. A routine in vivo examination of the aqueous humor of the eye, with minor inconvenience to the patient, can be achieved due to the fact that the device can be easily positioned in front of the eye. The central rays of the primary-side light path and of the secondary-side light path form, with the normals to surface of the cornea bordering the anterior chamber, an angle (.alpha., .beta.) such that the detector detects light reflected from the front interface of the eye lens.
