  • Patent number: 11047079
Abstract: The needle loom for needling a nonwoven web comprises a needle beam arrangement, which comprises at least one needle beam, and a drive device for moving the needle beam arrangement back and forth in a punching direction. The drive device comprises a drive and two main shafts, on each of which a main conrod is eccentrically supported. The main conrods connect the main shafts to the needle beam arrangement in articulated fashion. The main shafts are driven rotationally in opposite directions. The drive device comprises an endless traveling transmission element, which couples the main shafts to each other. The transmission element also passes around first and second adjusting rollers. An adjusting device is provided for a translational adjustment of the position of the first and second adjusting rollers. This translational adjustment brings about a rotational adjustment of the phasing of the main shafts with respect to each other.

  • Publication number: 20080169110
Abstract: A multi-purpose working device comprises a rear frame, a front frame, a central part connecting the rear frame to the front frame, and a tool-maintaining device connected to the central part by an adjusting system, such that said tool-maintaining device can pivot in an essentially perpendicular manner in relation to the longitudinal axis and essentially parallel to the base counter to the central part. The central part comprises at least one stationary part and another part which can be displaced counter thereto, such that the displaceable part can be displaced, essentially, in the longitudinal direction in relation to the stationary part. The front frame comprises a front wheel which can rotate about an angle range of at least 120 degrees, preferably at least 180 degrees, a hydraulic control which acts upon the front wheel for directional control, and a hydraulic drive which is used to drive the front wheel.

  • Patent number: 6158633
Abstract: A hanging element is manufactured to be a deformed shock proof synthetic-substance sheet manufactured by a vacuum-forming process; is formed as an essentially flat element with areas (28, 29) to print information on it; contains horizontally placed strengthening elements (6, 15 to 18); and shows close to its upper edge (3) and in the center of its upper edge a gap (8) which is connected with the upper edge by a cut (7). The measurements have been designed in such a way that a rail (9) can be arranged in it and in which the width of the cut (7) is less than the width of the rail (8).
