Abstract: An electric-motor-driven housing for a feed pump (1), in particular for a feeding device for fuel, is proposed in which on the commutator side there is a connection cap (5) for the electrical connection contacts (3, 4) and pump inlets and/or outlets (6). The connection cap (5) comprises an electrically conductive plastic, and a connection to a ground potential can be established via an electrically conductive connection. The surface resistance of the connection cap (5) is designed such that a diversion of electrostatic discharge to the ground potential, with attendant shielding from electromagnetic radiation, ensues, and a predeterminable short-circuit current between the electrical connection contacts (3, 4) located directly on the connection cap (5) is not exceeded.

Abstract: An arrangement for supplying fuel to an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle has a supply tank, an aggregate which is located in the supply tank and a fuel delivery unit for supplying fuel from the supply tank to the internal combustion engine. The aggregate has a plurality of components extending along a delivery path of the fuel, is located in the supply tank, and is provided with a supporting element which carries a holding member for the components of the aggregate.

Abstract: An arrangement for feeding fuel, advantageously from a supply tank to an internal combustion engine, particularly of a power vehicle has a feed aggregate through which a fuel flows, and a structural element arranged in a fuel flow and including a filter part and a fuel pressure wave damping member, wherein the structural element is arranged in a housing which surrounds the feed aggregate.

Abstract: A filter for liquid fuels wherein a flanged end portion of the metallic case for filter elements is embedded in or bonded to the reinforced open end of a transparent injection-molded plastic cup. The connection includes an elastic plastic liner which may constitute a barrier against any direct contact between the cup and the case or is disposed between the inner side of the end portion of the case and a raised annular portion of the open end of the cup. The liner compensates for differences between the thermal expansion coefficients of the materials of the case and cup and insures that the connection is not only leakproof but also resistant to relatively high fluid pressures in the filter. If the end portion of the case is bonded to the open end of the cup, it has an inwardly extending collar which overlies a bead of the open end; the liner then consists of hot melt and fills a gap between the inner side of the collar and the adjacent shoulder of the bead.
