  • Patent number: 11207858
Abstract: A compaction material feeding device for a vertical baling press, the compaction material feeding device having a compaction material compartment and a conveyor for feeding compaction material from the compaction material compartment to a loading opening of the associated baling press. In the compaction material feeding device the compaction material compartment is limited by a web-shaped carrier element having side wall segments and having a floor segment, as well as at least two fixed second side walls situated opposite one another. The carrier element can be lifted by a lifter device. In a maximally lifted end position of the carrier element, this element is drawn tight, and a compaction material transfer region of the compaction material feeding device is covered and closed by one of the side wall segments of the carrier element. In addition, a baling press is provided having a compaction material feeding device as described.

  • Publication number: 20200039163
Abstract: A device for collecting and feeding compaction material to a press, comprising a collection cart having a compaction material collection compartment, and a compaction material feed device, with which the cart can be docked. The cart has a floor and opposing side walls and the compaction material can be removed, by an upward lifting motion, from the cart by the feed device and then fed to the press. A web-type, flexible or articulated carrier element with a floor portion and at least two opposing wall portions, each having an upper free edge, is provided on or in the cart. The carrier element, in an initial position, has a U-shaped form running parallel to at least two opposing side walls and the floor of the cart, when the cart is docked with the feed device. • Patent number: 10401867
Abstract: A method for autonomously controlling a feed mixing vehicle, a vehicle having an autonomous controller, a computer program for carrying out the method, and a control device. The vehicle has a chassis, working elements for carrying out partial tasks, scanners/sensors for transmitting data, and a computer for controlling all the processes. The scanners/sensors acquire spatial data of the surroundings and generate therefrom a 3D map of the current geometry of the surroundings. The current geometry of the surroundings is placed in relationship with an area that is released to be traveled on by the autonomous vehicle, with the result that the navigability of the travel path of the autonomous vehicle is checked, and in the case of detected non-navigability the travel path is adapted autonomously to the requirements of the situational spatial surroundings and is replaced by an alternative travel path.

Abstract: A method for autonomously controlling a feed mixing vehicle, a vehicle having an autonomous controller, a computer program for carrying out the method, and a corresponding control device. The vehicle has a chassis, working elements for carrying out partial tasks, scanners and/or sensors for transmitting data, and at least one computer for controlling all the processes. The scanner/sensor acquires spatial data of the surroundings and generates therefrom a 3D map of the current geometry of the surroundings. The current geometry of the surroundings is placed in relationship with an area that is basically released to be traveled on by the autonomous vehicle, with the result that the navigability of the travel path of the autonomous vehicle can be checked, and in the case of detected non-navigability the travel path can be adapted autonomously to the requirements of the situational spatial surroundings and can be replaced by an alternative travel path.

  • Patent number: 9321231
Abstract: A press with at least one collector wagon for compressible material to be pressed that can be coupled and uncoupled and that comprises a collector chamber having floors and walls, as well as a press chamber. When the collector wagon is coupled to the press, the collected compressible material is mechanically transferred from the collector wagon into the press chamber, after movement of the floor and use of a feeder device. When uncoupled from the press, the collector wagon is filled with compressible material at a location at a distance from the press. The feeder device is designed such that the compressible material to be pressed present in the collector wagon, after the upward movement of at least the floor, is gradually gripped and continuously removed from the collector wagon from above, and fed to the press.

  • Patent number: 9221612
Abstract: A conveying device and/or press having a feed device connected upstream and having a feeding space for material to be pressed. A feeding space bottom is cylindrically bent and rises in a transfer region upstream of the conveying device. A conveying apparatus which can be pivoted to and fro by means of a drive is provided in the feeding space, a pivot axis of the conveying device coinciding with a virtual center axis of the cylindrical shape. At least one rotatably driven rotor roller is arranged adjacent to the transfer region to further convey or press the material. The conveying apparatus is a conveyor arm with a conveyor head, and in order to convey the limited quantities of the material to be pressed from a position in a lower region of the bottom upwards to the transfer region, the conveyor head can be moved to and fro over the bottom.
