Patent number: 6735065Abstract: A semiconductor module includes a housing with at least one semiconductor component that is conductively connected to at least one output line. An integrated temperature sensor is also housed in the housing. This sensor is connected, via at least one of its load terminals, to a terminal for receiving a supply potential. The temperature sensor conducts a load current that heats-up the temperature sensor when a first temperature threshold is crossed and a supply potential is in being supplied. A housed interruption device is arranged in such a way that it interrupts the output lines carrying the load current when a second temperature threshold has been exceeded.Type: GrantFiled: May 9, 2002Date of Patent: May 11, 2004Assignee: Infineon Technologies AGInventors: Alfons Graf, Jenoe Tihanyi, Wolfgang Tröger

Patent number: 4941599Abstract: The invention is directed to an apparatus and a method for thoroughly mixing a suspension containing a fluid and solid matter constituents and spraying the thoroughly mixed suspension onto a surface. The apparatus includes a pressure and seal tight container enclosed on all sides for accommodating the suspension therein. The container has a top region and has a base region whereat the solid matter constituents tend to collect to form a sediment. A cylinder and a piston generate a charge of air under pressure which is conducted through a passage into the base region of the container to break up the sediment and thoroughly mix the solid matter constituents in the fluid as the air under pressure rises through the suspension to collect at the top region of the container where it imparts pressure to the suspension. A nozzle unit mounted on the container vents the container to permit the air under pressure to entrain the thoroughly mixed suspension to form a spray.Type: GrantFiled: December 15, 1988Date of Patent: July 17, 1990Assignee: Vorwerk & Co. Patent number: 4563187Abstract: A cleaning means is disclosed for textile surfaces, particularly textile floor coverings, containing a powdery, porous carrier material based upon urea-formaldehyde-resin foam which is enriched with cleaning agent, whereby the tenside-containing water adhered within the carrier material from the foaming-up process is stored completely homogeneously in the carrier material, and forms together with the cleaning agent the prepared product. It is suggested for lowering the free formaldehyde content, to add to the tenside-containing water adhering within the carrier material, a salt of sulfurous acid in an effective portion, relative to the anion of the acid, from 0.01-2% by weight. This strongly reduces the portion of free formaldehyde and adjusts the pH-value of the cleaning means between 6 and 9.Type: GrantFiled: February 13, 1984Date of Patent: January 7, 1986Assignee: Vorwerk & Co. Interholding GmbHInventors: Otto Mesmer, Wolfgang Polligkeit, Wolfgang Troger, Andreas Wolter

Patent number: 4561992Abstract: An aerosol cleaning agent for textile surfaces, particularly for the cleaning of textile upholstery, contains a plasticized urea-formaldehyde resin foam, a propellant, an antisettling and suspending agent respectively and a liquid. In order to obtain improved cleaning action and improved removability from the article to be cleaned, the aerosol cleaning agent comprises approximately 65 to 75 wt % active substance. This active substance contains sodium-aluminum silicate suspended therein and buffered by acid to a pH of about 7-8--and the plasticized urea-formaldehyde resin foam has open-cell foam particles and is present in particle sizes between the limit values of about 0.005 and 0.120 mm and a density (in dry, non-comminuted condition) of about 50 plus or minus 10 kg/m.sup.3. Therefore it is possible to dispense with the addition of a moisture-retaining cation-active antistatic.Type: GrantFiled: January 27, 1983Date of Patent: December 31, 1985Assignee: Vorwerk & Co.
