  • Publication number: 20060086578
Abstract: A divided disk brake arrangement has a braking disk (13) with braking surfaces (11), and a disk holder (12), which is connected in a torsion-proof manner to the braking disk (13) and secured by a screw connection. The disk holder (12) and the braking disk (13) are mounted so that they can move relative to each other in the radial direction to compensate for different thermal expansions. At least one conical surface (18; 21) is provided in the region where the screw connection bears against the braking disk (13).

  • Publication number: 20050109968
Abstract: A vacuum valve comprising a valve body with a valve opening, a valve plate which is movable between an open position in which it lies next to the valve opening and releases the valve opening and a closed position in which the valve opening is covered and a diaphragm plate which is movable between a passive position, in which it lies next to the valve opening and releases the valve opening, and an active position in which it partially covers the valve opening. The vacuum valve has a completely open state in which the valve plate is in its open position and the diaphragm plate is in its passive position, a completely closed state in which the valve plate is in its closed position and is sealed relative to the valve body, and a partially closed state in which the valve plate is in its open position and the diaphragm plate is in its active position, wherein the vacuum valve has a reduced cross section compared to the completely open state.

  • Publication number: 20050106426
Abstract: In a method of monitoring a fuel cell unit, at least one pair of measured values, including a measured current value and a measured voltage value (Iactual, Uactual) are determined at the outputs of the fuel cell unit. The measured voltage value (Uactual) is compared with a limit value (PG), which is a function of the measured current value (Iactual) by way of a limit characteristic polarization curve. It is concluded that the condition of the fuel cell unit is faulty when the measured voltage value (Uactual) or a function of the measured voltage value is smaller than or equal to a predefined threshold value.
