  • Publication number: 20200129602
Abstract: Disclosed are methods for preparing a medicament for treating a malignant tumor, along with cell membranes prepared by such methods and the use thereof, in which the individual communication structure between the malignant tumor and the immune system is ascertained based upon a tissue sample containing cells of the malignant tumor by determining a malignant tumor-specific expression pattern of histocompatibility antigens (Human Leucocyte Antigen, HLA) on said tissue sample, masking or removing at least a part of the expression pattern present on the cells of the tissue sample that is capable of exerting an inhibitory effect on immunocompetent cells, and preparing an individual vaccine for eliciting a specific immunological response by lysing those cells on which a part of the expression pattern has been masked or removed.

  • Publication number: 20190376968
Abstract: Methods for providing a medicament for the treatment of a malignant tumor taking into account the individually associated immune system, and also antibodies provided thereby in the use thereof, are disclosed, wherein the individual communication structure between the malignant tumor and the immune system is ascertained by determination of an expression pattern of embryonic HLA groups and by determination of a receptor type present on/in immunocompetent cells, and antibodies are provided of the type which specifically bond as ligands to the at least one determined receptor type and, as a result block or mask the receptor in such a manner that the at least one portion of the expression pattern cannot find their or can only bind there with lower action, but themselves do not inhibit the associated immunocompetent cell.

  • Patent number: 4030089
Abstract: An alarm system for warning of breakage of glass in a door, window, or the like includes a breakage-responsive sensor on the movable part of the door or window connected to a coil on a core supported on that part. A coil on a core fixed to the stationary frame for the door or window is magnetically coupled to the other coil when the door or window is closed to permit electrical energization of the sensor circuit from the latter coil and detection of load variations on that coil as an indication of sensor operation. Also a third coil on a core, located on the movable part and connected to the sensor circuit, may be similarly coupled to a fourth coil on a core located on the stationary part so that the fourth coil reflects the variation due to sensor operation and operates the alarm.
