  • Publication number: 20050116378
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of producing molded articles of at least one thermoplastic natural polymer and one small particle comprised natural filler. The melted thermoplastic natural polymer is mixed with the small particle comprised filler to a pasty material mixture and shaped into the molded article. According to the invention it is intended that the small particle comprised natural filler is impregnated and/or wetted with an additive prior to the production of the pasty material mixture.

  • Patent number: 6338867
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a device for the production of paste products, in which a milled product such as flour or the like is mixed as the dry component with a liquid and the resulting dough mass is kneaded, the dry component being supplied into an extruder, the liquid in the extruder is supplied to the dry component and mixed therewith to give a dough mass. The dough is completely prepared within the extruder and at the extruder outlet is pressed into a desired paste product shape. This not only permits efficient, hygienic paste or dough product production, but also an exact setting of an air proportion in the finished product.

  • Patent number: 6152023
Abstract: A fryer system and a frying process have a continuous through feed operation. On an endless conveyor mechanism for the fryer system, there is arranged a plurality of receiving containers, which can accept frying goods. The receiving containers, which are essentially enclosed, are formed having a fill orifice on an upper face and a closeable drain orifice on an underface. At at least one fill station, a defined amount of a heated frying fluid can be poured through the fill orifice into the receiving containers with the drain orifice closed. At at least one drain station the frying fluid can be emptied out of the receiving containers with the drain orifice open. Through the fryer system and its a frying process, the consumption of frying fluid and consumption of energy can be significantly reduced yielding a good frying result.

  • Patent number: 5665402
Abstract: Extrusion machine having a machine frame, an extrusion press and a material inlet opening and a material outlet opening, a drive for the extrusion press and a die located in the vicinity of the material outlet opening and a cutting tool associated with the die. A changer mechanism is provided, which has a support member for at least two replaceable dies and/or cutting tools and the support member is arranged in movable manner relative to the extrusion press in the vicinity of the material outlet opening. The support member has a circular arc-shaped configuration and is pivotably mounted. The pivot pin of the support member is displaced with respect to the material outlet opening plane and is substantially perpendicular to the material discharge direction.
