Abstract: A toothpaste composition has silica and a precipitated phosphate. The content of the precipitated phosphate is 2% to 10%, based on the total weight of the toothpaste composition and the average diameter of the precipitated phosphate particles is 75 ?m to 180 ?m. The toothpaste composition of the present invention was confirmed to have the effects of improving the cleaning power and the stain removal power. The toothpaste composition has excellent effect of removing stains on the tooth surface and brightening teeth.

Thus, since the tip is formed in the end portion which comes in contact with the gum such that the rubber elastic body is exposed therefrom, the invention provides the advantage of softly massaging the gums while brushing the teeth.
