    Abstract: A bobbin for a reciprocating motor and fabricating method thereof includes the bobbin comprising a bobbin body (310) including a first sidewall unit (312) and a second sidewall unit (313) forming a certain space in the body by extending at a certain height so as to have slopped part from both side of the bottom (311) having a ring form with a certain width; a winding coil (320) wound a plurality of times in the space of inner side of the bobbin body; (310) and a cover (330) couple to the bobbin body (310) so as to cover the winding coil (320), and a molding step for fabricating the bobbin, thereby fabrication of the winding coil and laminated outer core constituting the motor is simplified, the length of the permanent magnet constituting the mover can be shortened. So, fabricating cost of the motor can be reduced and mass productivity of the motor can be improved.

    Abstract: A reciprocating motor comprises a mover (400) including an opening unit formed as a ring with an opening on (110) its one side; a first stepped unit (120) in which the inner interval of the opening (110) unit is narrowed gradually toward the entrance; and a second stepped unit (130) continued with the first stepped unit (120) and forming the entrance of the opening unit. According to that, the length of the permanent magnet (420) is decided and the entrance width of the opening unit in which the winding coil (300) is located is reduced, thereby the amount of high price permanent magnet used is reduced, reciprocating movement of the mover getting out of the outer core is minimized, flux on the outer core and the inner core flows smoothly, and leakage of the flux is reduced so the function of the motor can be improved.

    Abstract: A reciprocating compressor comprises an inside stator formed by piling a plurality of stator cores to have an actinomorphic cylinder shape, which is press-fitted to a frame, and a streak protection member and a burr shielding ring installed between the inner aspect of the inside stator and corresponding outer aspect of the frame. Thereby the burr generating between the frame and the inner stator by a streak is prevented previously, and even if a burr is generated, this burr is locked in a burr escape unit in the burr-shielding ring. Therefore degrading of valve function and an abrasion of a sliding unit in a compressing unit by the burr generating is prevented and the vibration noise of the compressor is reduced by assembling the frame and the inside stator strongly.
