  • Patent number: 11961775
Abstract: In one example, a semiconductor device can comprise a substrate, a device stack, first and second internal interconnects, and an encapsulant. The substrate can comprise a first and second substrate sides opposite each other, a substrate outer sidewall between the first substrate side and the second substrate side, and a substrate inner sidewall defining a cavity between the first substrate side and the second substrate side. The device stack can be in the cavity and can comprise a first electronic device, and a second electronic device stacked on the first electronic device. The first internal interconnect can be coupled to the substrate and the device stack. The encapsulant can cover the substrate inner sidewall and the device stack and can fill the cavity. Other examples and related methods are disclosed herein.

  • Publication number: 20110129125
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a biochip detection system capable of correcting a distorted part of detection data acquired by a detection stage rotated at high speed for detecting bio-information of the biochip, and a method of correcting the distorted image of the detection data using the same. The biochip detection system with a rotatable detection stage capable of loading at least one biochip thereon to detect information of the biochip by emitting light includes a detector detecting and converting light reflected from the biochip into a detection signal, an image data unit converting the detection signal into image data, and an image correction unit correcting a distorted image of the detection signal. The biochip detection system can correct an image, which is distorted during detection of the high-speed rotatable detection stage, into an orthogonal image, so that more accurate and reliable bio-information can be quickly acquired.

  • Patent number: 7296278
Abstract: A disk drive includes a main frame; a cartridge slidably installed in the main frame; a plurality of trays stacked in the cartridge and slidably installed therein; an elevation unit for controlling a height of a turn table; a tray selecting unit for locking each tray to a state that each tray can be loaded or unlocking a specific tray among a plurality of locked trays to draw it out of the main frame; a loading unit for loading the specific tray, among the plurality of trays locked by the tray selecting unit to reproduce/record a disk by means of an optical pick-up unit, onto the turn table; and a driving unit for driving the cartridge, the elevation unit, the tray selecting unit and the loading unit.

  • Patent number: 7219361
Abstract: A tray of an optical disk player including a disk mounting portion on which an optical disk is stably mounted; a front wall formed on the front to surround the disk mounting portion; a rear wall formed on the rear of the tray to surround the disk mounting portion, the front wall is formed to have a distance from the center of a spindle to the front wall not less than a value obtained by adding 2.75 mm to a radius of a large-sized disk and not greater than a distance from the center of the spindle to a tray front end. In the tray, by increasing a flutter occurrence speed, although the optical disk player has a high recording/reproducing speed, occurrence of flutter can be prevented, and accordingly it is possible to reduce error in disk reproducing/recording and prevent noise occurrence and wrong operation.
