Abstract: A method performed by at least one computing device for monitoring a license plate recognition rate according to an embodiment includes acquiring a plurality of position information indicating positions of license plate areas in a plurality of images, calculating a score indicating the degree of distribution of the license plate areas in the entire area of the image by using the acquired plurality of position information, and generating a notification indicating that the license plate recognition rate is lower than a reference level when the score is higher than a threshold value. Various other embodiments are also possible.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an operating method of a building access control system that is performed by a server to make a visit reservation. The operating method of a building access control system includes: receiving, from an inviter's device, a visitor registration request comprising visitor information and visiting place information; generating at least one temporary password based on the visiting place information; transmitting, to a visitor's device, an invitation message indicating the at least one temporary password; and transmitting the visiting place information and the temporary password to a local access system identified based on the visiting place information, and the at least one temporary password is generated corresponding to each of at least one of one or more entrance gates and parking lots included in the local access system. Other various embodiments are also possible.

The method may include receiving, from a user using a service associated with the system, a first input indicating an absence of a payment means; in response to the reception of the first input, displaying collection clauses on a display of the system; receiving, from the user, a second input indicating an agreement for the collection clauses; generating, in response to the reception of the second input, a first verification code to display, on the display, the generated first verification code together with a guide for inputting a phone number; receiving, from the user, the phone number; making a call using the received phone number; receiving a second verification code through the call; determining that the first verification code and the second verification code are matched; and in response to the determining, transmitting information for payment using the phone number.

Abstract: A method to manage a parcel delivered to a collective building is suggested. This method includes: a process of receiving, from a management device of a first parcel locker, a first parcel delivery signal including an address to which a first parcel delivered to the first parcel locker is due to be delivered and a time at which the first parcel was delivered to the first parcel locker; a process of generating, in response to receipt of the first parcel delivery signal, a first delivery notice signal including the delivery address and the delivery time included in the first parcel delivery signal and information about a place to which the first parcel was delivered; and a process of transmitting the generated first delivery notice signal to a parking management local server configured to manage a parking lot of the collective building.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a parking lot management device that communicates with a provider device of a content provider that provides content for a predetermined time period and a mobile device of a content user. The parking lot management device includes one or more processors and one or more memories. One or more instructions stored in the one or more memories, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations including: a discount code providing operation of generating and storing a discount code and providing the generated discount code to the provider device in response to a request from the provider device of the content provider; and a discount providing operation of determining whether a discount code for the mobile device is valid in response to a discount request from the mobile device and applying a predetermined discount on a parking fee of a vehicle of the content user when the discount code is valid.
