    Abstract: A patent assessment method based on artificial intelligence comprises obtaining assessment patent information of an assessment target patent and assessment corporate information of an assessment target corporate possessing the assessment target patent from a user terminal; generating an input signal based on the assessment corporate information and the assessment patent information; inputting the input signal to a pre-trained neural network of an embedded computer in a control device; inputting an output value of the neural network based on the input result of the neural network and a comparison signal pre-stored in a database in the control device to a pre-trained neural network; and transmitting a patent assessment information to the user terminal based on an input result of the neural network.
