  • Publication number: 20080293316
Abstract: The present invention relates to a suede-like artificial leather with excellent strength and elongation properties. The suede-like artificial leather comprises a composite sheet having polyurethane filled therein, the composite sheet comprising: a non-woven fabric of ultrafine short fibers entangled with each other and having a thickness less than 0.3 denier; and a woven or knitted fabric placed in the non-woven fabric, entangled with the ultrafine short fibers of the non-woven fabric, and having an constant load elongation of 10 to 30% at a load of 8 kgf, wherein the tensile strength in longitudinal and lateral directions is 35 to 60 kgf/50 i?ini and the constant load elongation in longitudinal and lateral directions is 8 to 25%. The suede-like artificial leather is useful as materials for vehicles and furniture requiring durability because of its excellent tensile strength and constant load elongation.

  • Publication number: 20050009426
Abstract: The present invention relates to a composite sheet used for artificial leather with low elongation and excellent softness. The composite sheet for artificial leather comprises: a non-woven fabric layer (1) made of ultra fine fibers having a fineness less than 0.3 denier; a woven or knitted fabric layer (2) constructed from a yarn made of ultra fine fibers having a fineness less than 0.3 denier; and polyurethane resin, wherein the ultra fine fibers of the non-woven fabric layer (1) and the ultra fine fibers of the woven or knitted fabric layer (2) are entangled with each other. The composite sheet of the present invention has a stitching strength of more than 30 kg/mm. an elongation at constant load of less than 20% and a stiffness of less than 80 mm. Since the composite sheet for artificial leather of the present invention is excellent in both form-stability and softness, it is useful for the production of artificial leather for furniture, cars, men's clothing and sundry goods.

  • Patent number: 6452939
Abstract: An asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) interface device includes a router/header conversion unit for adding a routing tag to the header of an input cell and converting the cell header into arbitrary virtual path identifier/virtual channel identifier (VPI/VCI), and a cell switching unit for routing the cell received from the router/header conversion unit according to the routing tag. The ATM interface device also includes a second header conversion unit for converting the cell header received from the cell switching unit into the output VPI/VCI corresponding to the arbitrary VPI/VCI, and a demultiplexing unit for transferring the cell from the second header converter to the output physical link corresponding to the output VPI/VCI.
