  • Publication number: 20240261211
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing a filler composition for molding. The method for preparing a filler composition for molding includes the operations of: a) providing PLGA microparticles consisting of poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA), a biodegradable polymer; b) providing PDO microparticles consisting of polydioxanone (PDO); c) preparing a mixture by mixing the PLGA microparticles and the PDO microparticles; d) injecting plasma into the mixture to perform a plasma surface treatment on the PLGA microparticles and the PDO microparticles; e) dispersing the plasma-treated mixture into a solution containing a dispersant composition to prepare a dispersant solution; and f) freeze-drying the dispersant solution to form the composite containing the PLGA microparticles and the PDO microparticles.

  • Patent number: 9956927
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a highly heat-resistant sound absorbing and insulating material, more specifically to a method including a beating and mixing step, a web forming step, a web stacking step, a needle punching step, a binder impregnating step and a solvent recovering step. The highly heat-resistant sound absorbing and insulating material manufactured by the method according to the present invention may be installed on a location closest to the noise source of an engine or an exhaust system to reduce radiated noise from the engine or the exhaust system, thereby improving quietness inside a vehicle, and may be applied to a location adjacent to a metal part which is at a temperature of 200° C. or greater to exert heat-insulating function, thereby protecting nearby plastic and rubber parts.

  • Publication number: 20150314738
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a substantially improved heat-resistant sound absorbing and insulating material. method includes: beating and mixing a fiber material comprising a heat-resistant fiber; forming a web from the beaten and mixed fiber material; stacking the formed web; forming a nonwoven fabric by needle punching as moving a needle up and down through the stacked web; forming a binder-impregnated nonwoven fabric by immersing the nonwoven fabric in a binder solution; and removing a solvent from the binder-impregnated nonwoven fabric. The substantially improved heat-resistant sound absorbing and insulating material manufactured by the method according to the present invention may be installed on a location closest to the noise source of an engine or an exhaust system to reduce radiated noise from the engine or the exhaust system, thereby improving quietness inside a vehicle, and may be applied to a location adjacent to a metal part which is at a temperature of 200° C.

  • Patent number: 6149579
Abstract: A semen storage container containing the semen of a male pig is sealed with a stopper having a cone-shape vomiting portion whose point is closed at one end when the semen is used for artificial insemination, a predetermined portion of the cone-shape vomiting portion of the stopper is cut inserted into an insertion tube which is then inserted into the womb of female pig, thereby easily and cleanly carrying out artificial insemination. A window for confirming the amount of semen stored is added to the semen storage pack who se exterior is shading-printed to block a harmful ray of light such as direct ray of light, protecting the semen from deterioration.
