The method includes judging whether the power relay was previously turned off during the "+" cycle of the power voltage or during the "-" cycle of the power voltage when a clock signal of 50 Hz/60 Hz is inputted, and turning off the power relay after an apex of the "+" or "-" cycle of the power voltage after delaying the output time of a relay driving signal for a predetermined time in accordance with the judgement.
