Abstract: The present invention provides an electronic device, an external input device and a method for connecting the electronic device and the external input device. An electronic device according to various embodiments comprises: a camera module; a communication module, a display, a memory; and a processor electrically connected to the camera module, a communication module, a display and memory, wherein the processor displays, on the display, images comprising a left-eye image and a right-eye image, determines whether or not a connectable external input device is present if an event for the connection with the external input device occurs with respect to the images, displays, on at least one part of the display, external images, obtained by means of the camera module, if a connectable first external input device is present, and can perform connection with the first external input device. Moreover, other embodiments are possible.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for payment using short range communication are disclosed. The apparatus includes an electronic device having a communication module configured to wirelessly transmit at least one piece card information to an external device, a sensor configured to sense an orientation of the electronic device so as to generate a first signal, a processor configured to be electrically connected the wireless communication module and the sensor, and a memory configured to be electrically connected to the processor and at least temporarily store first card information and second card information, wherein the memory, at the time of execution, includes instructions which instruct the processor to receive the first signal, select one of the first card information and the second card information, at least partially on the basis of the first signal, and wirelessly transmit the selected card information to the external device.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for a card service in which an electronic device (e.g., smart phone) and a sub-electronic device (e.g., wearable device) are provided. The method and apparatus include the operations of interconnecting an electronic device and a sub-electronic device through a secure session, guaranteeing the sub-electronic device by the electronic device, issuing a card for and authenticating the sub-electronic device, based on information of the sub-electronic device and account information of the electronic device. Various embodiments are possible.
