Abstract: The present disclosure provides a resource-circulation-type and eco-friendly livestock manure treatment method, and a system for producing algal biomass used therein, the method being capable of: preventing water pollution while allowing livestock liquid fertilizer to be treated on the basis of a biological process; producing algal biomass; and supplying the produced algal biomass to livestock feed and farms.

Abstract: The fuel cell start control system includes a plurality of fuel cell stacks configured to generate power by receiving air and fuel, a power storage device connected to a bidirectional converter and configured to be charged by generated power of a respective fuel cell stack or configured to supply power, and includes a controller configured to control a start of a fuel cell stack among the plurality of fuel cell stacks which satisfies a start condition based on a fuel cell stack starting request, the controller configured to control a start of at least one fuel cell stack based on generated power of the fuel cell stack or charged power of at least one power storage device.

Abstract: An apparatus for controlling a cold start and a cold shutdown (CSD) of a fuel cell system and a method thereof are provided. A monitoring device may individually monitor at least one of an amount of accumulated power and/or an accumulated driving time of one or more fuel cell stacks. A controller may select a representative fuel cell stack among the one or more fuel cell stacks, based on the amount of accumulated power and/or the amount of accumulated driving time, performs a cold start of the representative fuel cell stack, and perform cold starts of the remaining fuel cell stacks, using power of the representative fuel cell stack after the cold start of the selected representative fuel cell stack is completed. The apparatus makes power used for a cold start and a CSD highly efficient.

The image displaying apparatus comprises a sync signal outputting unit processing an input signal and outputting a first sync signal, an internal sync signal generating unit generating a second sync signal and outputting it, a switching unit selectively outputting any one of the first sync signal and the second sync signal to the image outputting unit, and a control unit including a storage unit storing therein frequency information based on kinds of input signals which can externally be inputted, controlling the internal sync signal generating unit and the switching unit to thereby output the second sync signal according to a frequency of a switched input signal to the image outputting unit based on the stored frequency information, when the input signal is switched by a user.

Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for receiving digital broadcasting and method thereof. Program guidance data extracted from a broadcasting signal, is stored in a storing unit. A channel detecting unit detects whether a reception channel through which the broadcasting signal is received, is changed. A display information generating unit generates program information regarding a program received through the changed reception channel on the basis of the program guidance data according to a predetermined display item upon change of the reception channel. A displaying unit outputs the program information according to a predetermined displaying method. User convenience is improved, for a user can obtain information regarding the program received through the changed channel upon change of a channel without separate operation.
