Abstract: A method of providing a photolithography pattern can be provided by identifying at least one weak feature from among a plurality of features included in a photolithography pattern based on a feature parameter that is compared to a predetermined identification threshold value for the feature parameter. A first region of the weak feature can be classified as a first dosage region and a second region of the weak feature can be classified as a second dosage region. Related methods and apparatus are also disclosed.

Abstract: A sun visor system includes multiple visors to provide selective window coverage for glare. This system can be employed on the driver side, passenger side, or both. The second visor (50), having pivotal device (56) on support rod (54), can be easily connected to the first visor (20) support rod (24) to provide pivotal movements between the windshield and side window. These visors, first and second, can be moved together or separately to stored positions, windshield and side window blocked positions, or combinations of both positions to provide window protection from glare quickly and easily for windshield, side window, or both. Also support rod of the visor can be made of flexible material, like gooseneck arm, to further provide flexible adjustments of visor to desired positions to block glare from different angles or positions of vehicle window. This adjustable visor system can be applied to a single sun visor system or multiple visors system.

Abstract: A memory controller includes a first interface and a microprocessor. The first interface is configured to receive a first command, a first address, an address state separation command, and a second address, the first address corresponding to the first command, and the address state separation command separating the first and second addresses from each other. The microprocessor is configured to decode the first command, map the first address to a non-volatile memory device, execute the first command relative to the first address mapped to the non-volatile memory device, and determine a relation between the first address and the second address. The microprocessor is further configured to selectively execute the second command relative to the second address mapped to the non-volatile memory device concurrently with the first command based on the relation between the first address and the second address.

Abstract: A memory controller includes first and second interfaces, a microprocessor, a register and a plane control unit. The first interface is configured to receive a first command and plane logic information of a plurality of planes in a memory device from a host. The microprocessor is coupled to the first interface, and configured to decode the first command to provide a corresponding second command, and to map the plane logic information to be suited to a non-volatile memory device. The register is configured to queue the second command and the mapped plane logic information. The second interface is configured to provide the second command and the queued plane logic information to the memory device. The plane control unit is configured to control multiple planes corresponding to portions of the queued plane logic information to perform concurrently the second command in the non-volatile memory device.

Abstract: A method of depicting a photomask using e-beams includes preparing a photomask having an e-beam resist, depicting the e-beam resist and forming an e-beam resist pattern on the photomask. Depicting the e-beam resist includes irradiating e-beams to an e-beam depiction region without irradiating the e-beams to an e-beam non-depiction region disposed in the e-beam depiction region. The e-beam depiction region and the e-beam non-depiction region are formed using an e-beam resist pattern having the same polarity.

Abstract: A system and method is provided that prevents touch malfunction in a mobile device that includes touch keys mapped to corresponding functions and a touch screen adjacent to the touch keys. The method includes displaying a Graphic User Interface (GUI) screen; and disabling part of the area of the touch screen that is adjacent to the touch keys, so that part of the area of the touch screen cannot detect a touch gesture on the GUI screen. Therefore, the system and method can prevent the execution of an undesired function caused by a user's simultaneous and unintentional touch on a touch panel.

Abstract: Provided is a method and apparatus for generating a network attack signature capable of generating a signature having a high reliability while minimizing a whitelist used to prevent false positive. An application header and application data are separated from each other to measure byte distributions of the application header and the application data from an input packet. When an attack signature is generated by analyzing the measured byte distributions, a substring of the application data is used to generate the attack signature, and a substring of the application header is used as supporting information on the signature.

Abstract: Provided is a method of pairing terminals with each other, and a terminal for the method. The method includes sensing a physical motion of a terminal caused by a user and outputting a sensing value, comparing a reception value received from an external terminal with the sensing value, and establishing a communication path with the external terminal according to the comparison result.

The apparatus includes a magnetron, an electrical power supplier, a waveguide system, a microwave power monitering system, stub tuners, a discharge tube, a gas supply system, a plasma ignitor and a fuel supply system. The method and apparatus is described for generation of a large volume of high-temperature plasma by injecting gaseous, liquid or solid-powder hydrocarbon-fuels into the microwave plasma torch to decompose the hydrogen and carbon containing fuels, and to mix the resultant gaseous hydrogen and carbon compounds with air or oxygen gas, instantaneously generating a large volume of high-temperature flames.
