Abstract: A system and a method for monitoring activities of an object. The method comprises the steps of: providing a depth image capturing at least a part of the object and an item of supporting furniture, wherein the item of supporting furniture is provided with a support surface arranged to physically support the object to be disposed thereon, and the object is movable relative to the item of supporting furniture; processing the depth image to determine an activity of the object and the item of supporting furniture including the support surface being captured in the depth image; analyse the objects posture and location using AI models that are trained using depth images and/or using the skeleton of the object; analyses the intention of the object's movement; and generating an alert upon a determination of the activity of the object being identified as a risky activity.

Abstract: A trimmer includes a blade assembly including a stationary blade and a movable blade. Each of the stationary blade and the movable blade includes blade teeth. The stationary blade includes a first transverse edge portion, a second transverse edge portion, and a middle portion. The first transverse edge portion includes a first upper surface extending from a first edge to the upper surface. The second transverse edge portion includes a second upper surface extending from a second edge to the upper surface.

Abstract: A safety door stopper includes a V-shaped body and a fixed hook ,wherein the fixed hook is provided on a top edge of the V-shaped body, and two supporting plates are fixed within the V-shaped body to reinforce a supporting strength of the V-shaped body. A movable hook is connected to the fixed hook via a hinge shaft. By hanging the safety door stopper on a hinge between a door and a doorframe via the fixed hook, two plates of the V-shaped body are supporting in a gap between the door and the doorframe, so as to prevent sudden close of the door.

Abstract: An electric-powered device includes (1) a skin-contactable surface and (2) a body having a water-resistant switch assembly. Preferably, the electric-powered device is useful in skin treatment and delivers mechanical forces on the skin. The switch assembly preferably includes, a substantially planar mount having an aperture, a rotatable shaft extending through the aperture, and a seal lining the aperture to restrict water movement along the shaft.
