  • Publication number: 20240204400
Abstract: A radiometer for a microwave receiver according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an antenna line through which radiation power corresponding to the temperature of a probe is received from an antenna; a first reference rod having a first reference temperature fixed in advance; a second reference rod having a second reference temperature fixed in advance; a first microwave switch for selectively switching the antenna line, the first reference load, and the second reference load; a second microwave switch switched with the same clock as the first microwave switch; a demodulator for multiplying a signal output from the second microwave switch by a predetermined gain value and outputting same; an integrator for integrating the signal output from the demodulator; and a controller for measuring the temperature of the probe on the basis of a signal output from the integrator.

  • Patent number: 11874986
Abstract: Electronic devices including touch circuits and method of operating the electronic devices are provided. An electronic device includes a display; a touch circuit configured to detect a touch put on the display; a processor; and a memory. The touch circuit is further configured to acquire touch sensing information representing the sensitivity levels of inputs to respective multiple nodes of the touch circuit, identify information associated with a user's ear touching the electronic device, on the basis of the touch sensing information; and transfer, to the processor, the information associated with the ear touching. The memory stores instructions, which when executed, cause the processor to control the display to an on-state and to control the display to switch the display from the on-state to an off-state based on the information associated with the ear touching, which is obtained from the touch circuit.

  • Patent number: 11662859
Abstract: According to certain embodiments, an electronic device may include a temperature sensor sensing temperature information, a processor, and a touch circuit. The touch circuit may identify that the temperature information is lower than or equal to a designated threshold temperature, and may identify whether values included in pieces of touch sensing information are within a designated range. Each of the pieces of touch sensing information may include multiple values corresponding to multiple nodes of the touch circuit. On the basis of the result of identifying whether the values included in the touch sensing information are within the designated range, the touch circuit may not output touch information associated with at least one first node having a value within the designated range, to the processor. Alternatively, the touch circuit may output touch information associated with at least one second node having a value outside the designated range, to the processor.
