    Abstract: A solid oxide fuel cell stack with a uniform flow distribution structure and a metal sealing member is provided, in which fuel and air introduced into the solid oxide fuel cell stack are preheated to a predetermined temperature by heat exchangers provided therein and uniformly distributed over the entire anode and cathode reaction surfaces of unit cells to improve the use efficiency of a fuel cell and in which the sealing of the fuel cell stack is effectively maintained even under high temperature and high pressure conditions to ensure the safety of the fuel cell and increase its durability.

In the device, a gate line is formed on an insulating substrate and a gate electrode is integral to the gate line. A data line is crossed with the gate electrode, and a source electrode is integral to the data line on the semiconductor layer and the gate electrode. A drain electrode is spaced oppositely the source electrode. A protective film has a first contact hole at the drain electrode. A pixel electrode is formed on the protective film and is connected, via the contact hole, to the drain electrode. The pixel electrode has an area overlapped partially with the data line and is spaced from the gate line by a desired length (?) at one or more corners thereof.
