Abstract: A transistor array substrate includes a substrate, an active layer disposed on the substrate and including a channel region, a source region and a drain region, a gate insulating layer disposed on a part of the active layer, a gate electrode overlapping the channel region of the active layer and included in an electrode conductive layer which is disposed on the gate insulating layer, a source electrode included in the electrode conductive layer and in contact with a part of the source region of the active layer, and a drain electrode included in the electrode conductive layer and in contact with a part of the drain region of the active layer. The active layer includes an oxide semiconductor including crystals and is disposed as an island shape excluding a hole in a plan view.

The data conductive layer includes a data base layer, a data main metal layer, and a data capping layer, the first power line includes a wire connection structure, in which the data main metal layer is recessed from sides of the data capping layer, and the common electrode is connected to the data main metal layer in the wire connection structure.

Abstract: An apparatus for setting a navigation destination includes an image acquisition device configured to acquire a predetermined image, a vision-based recognition device configured to recognize a figure in the predetermined image and to determine a destination, a database configured to store map data, and a controller configured to control the image acquisition device and the vision-based recognition device, wherein, when receiving user input for requesting recognition of a rough map, the controller recognizes a region of the rough map from an image acquired by the image acquisition device and captures a rough map image, controls the vision-based recognition device to recognize the destination and a nearby place of the destination from the rough map image, and searches for a candidate of the destination from the database.

The route guidance apparatus includes an image acquisition unit that collects image data of an area in front of a vehicle using a camera and a driver view recognition unit that calculates the range of a driver viewing angle by detecting a driver eye height driver a driver's gaze direction. An image processing unit extracts a region of interest corresponding to the range of the driver viewing angle from the image data and generates a route guidance image by overlaying a direction indicator corresponding to a driving route on the region of interest. A display unit outputs the route guidance image.

Information of a remote app installed in the remote device is transmitted from the remote device to the local device. When a user executes the remote app, using the information of the remote app displayed in the display device of the local device, the remote app is executed on the remote device, and an execution screen of the remote app transmitted from the remote device to the local device is simultaneously displayed via the display device of the local device.
