  • Patent number: 11581766
Abstract: A drive motor includes a stator having an accommodating space and a rotor rotatably provided in the accommodating space and rotated by a magnetic interaction with the stator, wherein the rotor includes a rotor core into which a magnetic member is inserted and first and second flux barriers formed to penetrate through the rotor core and extending along a circumferential direction of the rotor core from both sides of the magnetic member, wherein a length of the first flux barrier and a length of the second flux barrier are different from each other.

  • Patent number: 11401937
Abstract: A scroll compressor includes a first scroll and a second scroll engaged with the first scroll to form a compression chamber with the first scroll while performing an orbiting movement with respect to the first scroll. A frame is fixed to a side of the first scroll with the second scroll interposed between the frame and the first scroll and the frame supporting the second scroll in an axial direction. An Oldham ring includes a ring portion and a key portion protruding from the ring portion. The key portion is slidably coupled to a key recess in the frame or the second scroll to enable the second scroll to perform the orbiting movement, and the key portion of the Oldham ring is formed of the same material as the second scroll. A wear preventing member is provided between the key portion and the key recess.

  • Publication number: 20200321822
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a motor part comprising a bobbin part comprising a plurality of coils housed therein, a first insulation part adjacent to an inner circumferential surface of the motor chamber, and a second insulation part spaced a predetermined distance from the first insulation part. The plurality of coils are housed in a coil housing spare part formed between the first insulation part and the second insulation part. The first insulation part is located between the inner circumferential surface of the motor chamber and the plurality of coils. The plurality of coils are located adjacent to the second insulation part. Accordingly, insulation caused by separation from the inner circumferential surface of the motor chamber and insulation caused by the first insulation part may be expected. The insulation may be achieved by the plurality of coils being housed in the bobbin part.

  • Publication number: 20200232459
Abstract: According to one embodiment, there is provided a motor-operated compressor comprising a rotation shaft, a first scroll configured to perform an orbiting motion and comprising an eccentric coupling portion eccentrically coupled to the rotation shaft, a second scroll coupled to the first scroll to form a pair of compression chambers, a rotor coupled to the rotation shaft, a stator forming an accommodation space configured to accommodate the rotor, and an eccentricity compensation portion configured to compensate for an eccentric displacement of a center of gravity of the rotation shaft, in response to the orbiting motion of the first scroll. The eccentricity compensation portion comprises a first member positioned on one end of the stator and a second member positioned on the rotor adjacent to the first member.
