    Abstract: A video decoding device obtains mirror prediction information for a target block and performs a mirror prediction on the target block based on the mirror prediction information. When the target block is part of a current block to be decoded, the video decoding device derives a mirror prediction boundary based on a mirror prediction type for determining a mirror prediction region and a non-mirror prediction region within the current block. The video decoding device predicts the mirror prediction region based on the mirror prediction boundary, predicts the non-mirror prediction region and thereby predicts the current block.

    Abstract: A magnetic alignment device applies a magnetic field to a negative electrode slurry by introducing a magnet part to an upper and a lower portion of a negative electrode current collector to which the negative electrode slurry is applied, respectively, wherein a first region located upstream along a transfer direction of the negative electrode current collector is capable of applying a stronger magnetic force than a second region located downstream in the magnet part. Accordingly, in manufacturing the negative electrode, the alignment of the carbon-based negative electrode active material contained in the negative electrode slurry and the arithmetic mean height of the surface of the negative electrode active layer can be easily controlled to a certain range. Furthermore, the negative electrode prepared according to the method has the advantage of having excellent electrical properties and surface properties of the negative electrode active layer.
