  • Publication number: 20070131164
Abstract: Disclosed is an electroless metal film-plating system. While polyimide film is continuously fed from a roll, a series of wetting processes, including a degreasing process, an etching process, a neutralizing process, a coupling process, a catalyst-adding process, an undercoating process, and a plating process are conducted, in order, so as to plate one or both surfaces of the film with a conductive metal, followed by drying the conductive metal-plated film and taking up the plated film into a roll. A wetting process, in which the film passes through a liquid solution and is repetitively immersed in and drawn from a washing solution, is applied to all process parts, several parts notwithstanding, to produce a bilayer structure FCCL exhibiting superior physical properties such as peel strength. Also, after immersion in liquid in each process, the liquid is removed using wringing rollers so as to coat the material of interest at a uniform thickness.

  • Publication number: 20070085648
Abstract: An inductor is provided which includes a plurality of via holes vertically passing through a substrate, the substrate having insulating properties, vertical conductive portions filling the via holes, and horizontal conductive portions connecting each individual vertical conductive portions at the top and the bottom of the substrate to form a single coil structure with the vertical conductive portions.

  • Publication number: 20070070448
Abstract: An image sensor and a method of manufacturing the image sensor, wherein the image sensor can electrically connect a light receiving portion and a printed circuit board (PCB) including circuits by forming holes and filling the holes with a conductive material, without using a wire for the electrical connection between the light receiving portion and the PCB. The light receiving portion converts lights into electrical signals and the PCB electrically processes signals. That is, since a distance for a wire between a sealing structure and because a filter is unnecessary, a thickness may be reduced. Also, since a space for wire bonding is unnecessary on the outside of an image sensor, a fill factor may increase. Also, since a process that may cause contaminates is removed, average yield may increase and production cost may decrease. The manufacturing productivity may be improved.

  • Publication number: 20060147744
Abstract: Disclosed is a process for a conductive metal plated polyimide substrate. The process for a conductive metal plated polyimide substrate comprises a) etching surface of the polyimide film with KOH, mixed solution of ethylene glycol and KOH, or mixed solution of CrO3 and H2SO4, b) coupling the etched surface of the polyimide film with a coupling agent, c) absorbing a catalyst on the polyimide film, d) plating a first conductive metal on the polyimide film which the catalyst was absorbed without applying current, to form a first conductive metal thin film, and e) plating a second conductive metal on the first conductive metal thin film with applying current, to form a second conductive metal thin film.

  • Publication number: 20060044455
Abstract: A lens-positioning device of a camera module designed to provide a focusing function or an optical zoom function. In the lens-positioning device, an actuating part includes a ring-shaped piezoelectric actuator and a rotating plate positioned on an upper surface of the piezoelectric actuator. A positioning part is provided with a hollow barrel holder and linearly moved in the direction of the optical axis of the lens upon rotation of the rotating plate. The hollow barrel holder contacts the upper surface of the rotating plate. A hollow housing receives the actuating part and the positioning part and having a guide means to guide the positioning part to be linearly moved in the direction of the optical axis of the lens. The lens-positioning device can have ultra-miniaturized size through the piezoelectric actuator, and a minute focusing can be realized through minute positioning of the lens, allowing high resolution and high sharpness images.

  • Publication number: 20060020153
Abstract: The present invention provides a novel process for highly selective preparation of 2,6-dialkyltetralin, a key precursor for 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene (2,6-DMN), which does not require an extra step for purifying various isomers obtained from the conventional processes for 2,6-DMN. The present invention is advantageous to improve the synthetic yield, to simplify the operation and thus to reduce the production cost, since different starting materials and different pathways are exploited and thus the additional steps are not necessary.
