  • Publication number: 20220107510
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an electroactive lens a method of producing the same and a pair of glasses comprising at least one electroactive lens, the electroactive lens forming a stack of at least three elements, wherein: a first transparent body is a first lens element having a first optical axis, a second transparent body is a second lens element having a second optical axis; at least one lens foil sandwiched between the first transparent body and the second transparent body comprises a first transparent electrode, a second transparent electrode, and a Fresnel lens and liquid crystalline material therebetween to defining an optical device, wherein the first and second transparent electrodes are electrically coupled to terminals and are configured to receive a voltage for operating the switchable lens, wherein the first and second conductive plug are positioned relative to the optical axis of the Fresnel lens such that radial lines extending from the optical axis of the Fresnel lens to the first and s

  • Patent number: 9671643
Abstract: The display device has a sensor system with at least one sensor for detecting the intensity or color of light emitted from at least one display area of the display device into the viewing angle of the display device. The sensor system further has in one embodiment an at least partially transparent sensor. The sensor system has in another embodiment at least one optical coupling device including a light guide member and a incoupling member for guiding or directing, e.g. deflecting, reflecting, bending, scattering, diffracting, at least one part of the light emitted from the display area to the corresponding sensor, where the sensor is located outside or at least partially outside the viewing angle of the display device.

  • Publication number: 20090136102
Abstract: An image processing method and system are described for processing medical images. The method comprises using a new coordinate system for representing combined image data of said plurality of medical images based on correlation information between image data of a plurality of medical images. The method further may comprise extracting such correlation information, and after said representing, mapping obtained image data to an antagonist colour space, thus resulting in visualisation with a fused image with high contrast and luminance and with particular human vision parameters relating to equalities and differences in the plurality of medical images studied.
