  • Publication number: 20110072938
Abstract: A corkscrew has a body, an extension housing, a corkscrew element and at least one pushing lever. The body is hollow and has a sleeve and a stationary housing. The extension housing is connected extendably to the stationary housing to make the length of the body extendable. The corkscrew element is mounted moveably in the body and has a grip end, a screw end and a toothed segment. The at least one pushing lever is mounted pivotally on the sleeve. Each pushing lever has a toothed end engaging the toothed segment on the corkscrew element. The corkscrew element can be moved upward several times with pivoting the at least one pushing lever and thereby extending the extension housing relative to the body to the body to provide a laborsaving effect.

  • Publication number: 20070131643
Abstract: A bottle cap with a lock has a hollow barrel, a plug received into the hollow barrel, a ring provided under the plug, and a fastener. When a bottle neck is mounted with the bottle cap with the lock and the plug rotates relative to the hollow barrel via a key, the fastener slides upwardly adjacent to the plug thereby compressing against the ring to expand to lock the bottle. When rotating the key backwardly, the fastener slides downwardly opposed to the plug thereby the ring being shrunk to get back to an original status so that the ring and the fastener can be taken off from the plug easily for cleaning.

  • Publication number: 20030159482
Abstract: A variable tubular lock comprising a lock body and a key is disclosed. The lock body comprises a casing, a lower pin seat inserted in the casing, a spindle provided with an upper pin seat, a plurality of springs and plural sets of cylindrical upper pins and cylindrical lower pins. This variable tubular lock is characterized in that the inner edge of a keyhole in the casing is provided with one or more protruding blocks, axial grooves for the protruding block passing through and an annular groove for receiving the protruding block and spinning the key. With this structure, the tubular lock can be prevented itself from being unlocked by a common unlocking device. Further, with the number and the position arrangement of the protruding blocks and the axial grooves, the variation of the lock codes can be substantially increased and thus the security of the tubular lock is significantly improved.

  • Patent number: 5349835
Abstract: An improved cylindrical lock comprising a housing, a lower pin seat mounted on the housing, a spindle, a plurality of springs, and plural sets of upper and lower pins. The spindle is constructed by a cylinder and an upper pin seat which is annular and circumferently provided with a plurality of holes. The upper portion of the upper pin seat is provided with an annular wall having a slit for accommodating the outward protruding wing of a key. The inner portion of the wall is provided with a plurality of semicircular grooves diametrically opposing the holes in the upper pin seat, so that one end of each semicircular groove communicates with the corresponding hole in order to form a longitudinal circular hole for receiving a set of springs and cylindrical pins and the other end of each semicircular groove is formed as a groove wall which can prevent the pins from being popped out. Thus, the cylindrical pins can only move between the semicircular grooves and the holes.
