Publication number: 20150288880Abstract: An image capturing method and an image capturing apparatus are disclosed. The image capturing method is performed by a carrier equipped with the image capturing apparatus. The image capturing apparatus has an image sensor and a panoramic scene acquirer capable of being moved out of and retracted into the carrier. The panoramic scene acquirer is moved out of the carrier of the carrier to correspond in position to the image sensor for capturing a surrounding scene for one time. Afterwards, the carrier produces a complete panoramic image or a partial image of the surrounding scene. Because the panoramic scene acquirer captures the surrounding scene for one time, time lag does not exist during the process of capturing the surrounding scene. Hence, the image shows the surrounding scene naturally.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 1, 2015Publication date: October 8, 2015Inventor: Wu-Hsiung CHEN

Patent number: 6100117Abstract: A method for manufacturing DRAM having a redundancy circuit region. The method utilizes a laser beam permeable layer such as a silicon nitride layer to serve as a stop layer in the etching step of the passivation oxide layer. The method removes the conductive layer, serving as the upper electrode of the capacitor, in the redundancy circuit region II. The fuse of the redundancy circuit region II can thereby be easily blown by the laser beam.Type: GrantFiled: April 20, 1998Date of Patent: August 8, 2000Assignee: Nanya Technology Corp.Inventors: Chung Peng Hao, Chung Lin Huang, Lee Chung Yuan, Pei-Ing Lee, Wu Hsiung Chen
