    Abstract: Provided is a method and device for viscosity-reducing and upgrading of low-grade heavy oil. The method comprises: (a) performing visbreaking reaction on low-grade heavy oil raw material and controlling the content of toluene insolubles in the produced oil; (b) mixing the produced oil in step (a) with hydrogen in a gas-liquid mixer to obtain a hydrogen-oil mixture in liquid state, or mixing the produced oil in step (a) with hydrogen to obtain hydrogen-oil mixture in gas-liquid state; in the presence of a hydrogenation catalyst, performing hydrogenation reaction on the hydrogen-oil mixture in liquid state or the hydrogen-oil mixture in gas-liquid state in the reactor, and obtaining a viscosity-reduced and upgraded oil after the reaction. It is viscosity-reducing and upgrading method by combining thermal visbreaking and fixed-bed hydrogenation, which can solve the problems of high viscosity, high density and poor stability of low-grade heavy oil products in the prior art.

    Abstract: A labor-saving water output switching device includes: a main body, a water diversion seat, a water diversion disk, and a water diversion chamber formed between the water diversion seat and the main body and in communication with a water inlet channel. The water diversion seat is provided with a pressure release channel in communication with the water diversion chamber. The switching device includes a switch having a lever structure, a transmission rod, and a lower ratchet. An upper ratchet is disposed corresponding to a lower ratchet of the water diversion disk, both act in cooperation to drive the water diversion disk into rotation. One end of the transmission rod is connected to move with the switch, while the other end is used to open or close the pressure release channel, and to act in cooperation with the lower ratchet in transmission.

The combiner has a first input coupled to the send input, a second input coupled to the output of the adaptive filter, and an output providing an intermediate signal. The nonlinear processor has an input coupled to the output of the combiner and an output for providing an output signal for obtaining the second voice. The tone detector is coupled to the output of the combiner and detects the second tone in the intermediate signal prior to the intermediate signal being processed by the nonlinear processor.

    Abstract: In one embodiment, a tone event detector first determines whether the presence of a tone is indicated on the input signal, and then, based on this determination, selectively determines whether a tone has been detected on the input signal. For example, in one embodiment, tone detection is performed only when the presence of a tone is first indicated, such that if the presence of a tone is not indicated, tone detection need not be performed. This may help reduce complexity of a tone event detector since a simplified method may be used to indicate the presence of a tone, and the more complex algorithms for tone detection may be enabled only when needed. Also, in one embodiment, detection of a tone includes generating one or more tone characteristics corresponding to the detected tone which may then be used to determine whether the detected tone corresponds to a valid tone event.
