Through the kinetic regulation of a centrifugal force field while maintaining a counter-balanced state of electrophoretic and electroosmotic forces in the nanopore by adjusting the pH value of the electrolyte in nanopore or the surface charge excited on the silicon nanopore using visible light, the precise regulation of molecular translocation parameters, such as speed, direction, and molecular selectivity, is provided for optimizing the temporal and spatial resolutions of molecular sensing with high S/N ratio signal readout.

    Abstract: Endoscopic optical coherence tomography (OCT) provides diagnostic images of internal organs and guides interventions in real-time. A liquid shaping method and system are provided for the rapid and scalable fabrication of high-performance OCT endoscopes working at various wavelength ranges. The method and systems enable the flexible customization of freeform lenses with sub-nanometer optical surface roughness by regulating the minimum energy state of curable optical liquid on a wettability-modified substrate and precisely controlling the liquid volume and physical boundary on a substrate. As a result, multiple endoscopes, for example, 800-nm OCT endoscopes with a diameter of approximately 0.6 mm including both rigid and flexible endoscopes, can be simultaneously fabricated. The liquid shaping method and systems offer new approaches for mass production of cost-effective and high-performance OCT endoscopes.

To smoke a cigarette, a smoker in the car only needs to pull the reel slider gently and then the cigarette on the clamping spring can be drawn into the smoker's mouth for smoking. After smoking, the smoker only tugs the reel slider and then the reel can wind the reel slider automatically to its original position. As the smoker smokes without glancing at the cigarette clamp, the safety of driving is assured.
