Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an apparatus for outputting an electric stimulation pulse comprising an outer housing, an inner housing, two extending parts, two electrodes, a switch and a controller. The switch outputs a first input pulse and a second input pulse separated apart from the first input pulse by a time interval to the controller. The controller is configured to output an output pulse to the electrodes upon receiving the first input pulse which rises in intensity over a first period of time. The first period of time is the smaller of the time interval and a predetermined time threshold. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an easy-to-use device for outputting electrical stimulation pulses that can reduce the user's discomfort due to current stimulation when mitigating migraine.
