Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an information processing method and a device. The method includes: in response to an operation acting on a source music list, obtaining a preset number of pieces of music information from the source music list to form a target playlist, where the music information in the source music list includes identifiers, and the identifiers are used to represent an order of the music information in the source music list; sorting the music information in the target playlist according to the source music list and the identifiers, so that an order of the music information in the target playlist is consistent with the order of the music information in the source music list. In this way, a user can play songs in a target playlist selected by the user in the order in the source music list, which improves the user's listening experience.
