  • Patent number: 10666812
Abstract: A charging control apparatus, a method, and a system are disclosed. When a user equipment (UE) accesses a service that charges an over the top (OTT) service (SP), the charging control apparatus receives flow description information from a policy charging enforcement function (PCEF), determines a service identifier corresponding to the data flow; and sends the service identifier to the PCEF, so that the PCEF charges for the service according to the service identifier. When the UE accesses the service, the PCEF may obtain the service identifier from the charging control apparatus. In this way, the PCEF can obtain the service identifier and the charging identifier that are corresponding to the data flow. Therefore, a configuration workload can be decreased.

  • Publication number: 20120166803
Abstract: A verification method includes obtaining a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) link from a user terminal. The URL link is generated by a portal server according to obtained user terminal information and includes the user terminal information. The method further includes obtaining the user terminal information included in the URL link and performing a validity check according to user terminal information stored on a network side and the user terminal information included in the URL link. The validity check can be performed on the URL link according to the user terminal information, which prevents different users from accessing a resource through the same correct URL link and avoids occurrence of link theft.
