The platform can be built on decentralized or centralized networks, including a blockchain or distributed hash table. Described herein is the architecture's implementation in the case of a distributed network with anonymous users. Using a system of checks and balances, the platform is designed to address the Sybil attack and tyranny of the majority problems.
