The touch sensing unit is at least disposed in the transparent region. The first conductive line is disposed in the decoration region and electrically connected to the touch sensing unit. The first opaque reflection is disposed on the first decoration layer and the first opaque reflection is disposed in the decoration region. The first decoration layer is disposed between the first substrate and the first opaque reflection layer.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a color filter substrate with a touch-sensing function including a substrate, a black matrix, a plurality of color filters, and a patterned common electrode layer. The substrate has a plurality of pixel regions arranged as a matrix, and each pixel region includes a plurality of sub-pixel regions. The black matrix is disposed on the substrate, and has a plurality of openings exposing the substrate and corresponding to each sub-pixel region respectively. Each color filter covers the substrate exposed by each opening. The patterned common electrode layer is disposed on the black matrix and the color filters, and the patterned common electrode layer includes a plurality of integrated units respectively configured for touch sensing and transferring a common signal.

The transparent substrate has a border region. A light transmission sensing electrode layer is formed on a surface of the transparent substrate corresponding to the border region. The decorative layer is formed on the border region. The plurality of light transmission conductive traces is alternately formed on the decorative layer and electrically connected to the light transmission sensing electrode layer, for transmitting signals generated by the light transmission sensing electrode layer. The reflection layer is disposed on a side of the plurality of light transmission conductive traces for reflecting light passing through the decorative layer and the plurality of light transmission conductive traces.

    Abstract: The active device array substrate including a substrate, a plurality of scan lines, data lines, and pixel units is provided. The scan lines, data lines and pixel units are disposed on the substrate. Each pixel unit is electrically connected the corresponding scan line and data line, and each pixel unit includes an active device, a dielectric layer, and a pixel electrode. The dielectric layer covers the active device and has an opening. The pixel electrode is electrically connected to the active device through the opening of the dielectric layer. The pixel electrode has a slit separating the pixel electrode into a first sub pixel electrode and a second sub pixel electrode, wherein the first and second sub pixel electrodes are electrically connected by two connection portions disposed at two ends of the slit. The protrusions are disposed on each connection portion of the pixel electrode.
