Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a system for generating a business model, and a computer readable storage medium are disclosed. The method for generating a business mode includes: obtaining, according to user-configured information about an industry to which an enterprise under analysis belongs, stakeholder information corresponding to the enterprise under analysis, to determine a transaction structure of a business model; obtaining, according to the stakeholder information and a user-configured charge parameter, charge source information of the enterprise under analysis; and generating charge mode data of the business model according to the charge object information and user-configured charge mode information and charge amount information, thereby generating a new business model.

Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a system for generating a business model, and a computer readable storage medium are disclosed. Stakeholders, activities, and resources are sliced according to obtained stakeholder information, activity information, and resource information in a symbiosis scope, so that fine-granularity stakeholders, activities, and resources are obtained; the fine-granularity stakeholders, activities, and resources are regrouped, and a series of new business models is generated. Corresponding individual item scoring data is generated according to an individual item scoring parameter entered by a user for a business model to be scored; and further, the generated individual item scoring data is summated, and business model scoring data is obtained. By using the scoring data, a unified comparison and quantitative analysis may be performed on a business model of an enterprise, so that when the enterprise selects a business model, the enterprise may effectively evaluate optional business models, which promotes realization of value of the business model in the enterprise.
