    Abstract: Ice tool with a handle formed from the shaft providing clearance for the user's hand when the shaft is parallel and adjacent to an ice surface. The tool having a pick and spike for imbedding in the ice surface and a means for attachment of a line. A force supplied to the line further imbeds the pick and spike into the ice surface.
