Abstract: A casting mold for producing a casting having a front side and a rear side from a curable casting compound, including at least a first mold part shaping the front side and a second mold part shaping the rear side, the mold parts together delimiting a casting cavity. A slide device, provided on one of the mold parts, includes a slide portion that can be driven into the casting cavity and on which a detachable insert part is or can be arranged. The insert part is able to be moved abutting against the opposite mold part and is able to be embedded into the curing casting compound, and is detached from the slide portion when the latter is moved back.

Abstract: The invention relates to a polyaniline, comprising aniline units and organosulphur units, characterized in that the polyaniline is doped and has a number average degree of polymerization of approximately 5 to approximately 50. The scope of the invention also includes a process for the preparation of polyaniline, wherein aniline and at least one organosulphur unit are converted to a polyaniline derivative in an oxidative, acid-catalyzed polymerization reaction. A subject of the invention is also a coated substrate which is coated with the polyaniline according to the invention and also a process for the coating of the substrate. The scope of the invention furthermore also includes a coating composition which is suitable for the coating of the substrate. The invention thus also relates to a process for the preparation of the coating composition.

Abstract: Image-pattern-specific separation values are calculated in each case per column for a separation image of standardized width, with the aid of a separation classifier, and the column having the maximum separation value is defined as the right-hand separation column. On the basis of the separation column predetermined by the separation classifier, an attempt is made, starting from the upper pixel of the separation column, to find a separation path which, in the absence of a white column, is formed within a separation region, which is located on both sides of the separation column, partially by contour tracing and, if no white path can be found by contour tracing, partially by forced separation along the separation column.
