  • Publication number: 20230284828
Abstract: A food heating appliance comprises a grill member with an upper food contact surface having an articulated surface having upwardly-open cooking troughs for receiving food items such as tacos. The trough sidewalls are tapered and narrow upwardly. Each trough is defined by spaced-apart cooking sidewalls connected at a lower surface portion, with a horizontal heating element connected to the lower surface portions, A plurality of heat sink facilities are registered with each with its trough. Each heat sink facility defines a channel that closely receives a portion of the heating element assembly. Each trough is defined between an inboard cooking sidewall and an outboard cooking sidewall, with the inboard sidewalls being proximate each other and being thicker that than the outboard cooking sidewalls. The grill is a unitary casting with a peripheral rim encompassing the heating element assembly and free of undercuts and of negative draft angles.

  • Publication number: 20230107223
Abstract: A food heating appliance primarily directed for cooking tacos comprises a frame, a heating element assembly connected to the frame, and a grill panel connected to the frame. The grill panel has an articulated form which defines several spaced apart troughs with trough having a bottom portion at a bottom level and a top portion at a top level above the bottom level. In various preferred embodiments, the grill panel articulated only on one axis so that each trough has a constant cross section, and has opposed upper portions at the top level. The grill surface panel may be an integral sheet of metal. A heating element assembly has heating elements with elevated, downward arcing portions above the bottom level and at an intermediate level above the bottom level and below the top level of the troughs. The elevated portions of the heating elements are spaced between the troughs.

  • Patent number: 8356539
Abstract: An ammunition feed chute has a plurality of feed chute links releasably connected together. The feed chute links have interior surfaces that define a guide path for belted ammunition. Each of the feed chute links has a transitional surface attached to one of the feed chute link's interior surfaces, the transitional surfaces each extending from the interior surface to which it is attached to a location where it overlaps the adjacent feed chute link's transitional surface. A tongue extending from one of the feed chute links may be received by a slot in an adjacent feed chute link to releasably connect the feed chute links together. The ligaments may each receive the top insert and the rivet of one of the feed chute links within their closed slots and removably receive the top insert, AN washer, and rivet of an adjacent feed chute link within their open slots to releasably connect the feed chute links together.

  • Patent number: 7552668
Abstract: Rotary bullet feeder and toolhead assemblies for use with commercially available progressive cartridge reloading machines automatically supply correctly-oriented bullets to a bullet seating die position thereof. The rotary bullet feeder assembly randomly collects hoppered bullets in a desired orientation in a multiplicity of bullet pockets formed along the peripheral edge of a rotating bullet feed ring. An arcuate bullet wall prevents gravitational release of the bullets contained in the bullet pockets until each of the bullet pockets, in turn, reaches the apex point along its circular route of travel, at which point an opening in the bullet wall allows a bullet to fall into a bullet guide for gravitational descent to a toolhead assembly. The toolhead assembly includes a toolhead plate for receiving the rotary bullet feeder assembly and a flat circular bullet feedwheel mounted for rotation on the underside of the toolhead plate.
